REFUND POLICY

At Pixomaya, (a brand of TechPiata Services LLP ), we strive to deliver top-tier digital services
tailored to your business goals. While our team works diligently to meet expectations, we recognize
that there may be circumstances where a refund is warranted. This Refund Policy outlines the
conditions under which a refund may be issued.
Information We Collect
Refunds will be reviewed and processed on a case-by-case basis under the following scenarios
• Service Deficiency If the services rendered do not align with the deliverables, terms, or
quality expectations defined in the agreement.
• Non-Delivery If services are not delivered within the agreed timeframe, and no mutually
acceptable resolution is achieved.
Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
• Change of Mind If the client no longer wishes to proceed with the service after work has
commenced.
• Client-Caused Delays If the client fails to provide essential inputs, approvals, or access,
causing delays in deliverables
• Subjective Results As digital marketing outcomes can vary, refunds will not be processed
solely based on dissatisfaction with performance unless it's due to proven non-compliance
with agreed deliverables.
Refund Request Procedure
Clients requesting a refund must send a written request to info@pixomaya.com within 7 days of
receiving the final deliverable. The request must include
• Full name and business name
• Description of the service purchased
• Clear reason for the refund request
• Any relevant documentation or proof supporting the claim
Review & Processing
• All refund requests will be acknowledged within 2 business days
• A formal decision will be provided within 5-7 business days following internal review
• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
of approval.
Partial Refunds & Cancellations
• Partial Refunds May be issued based on the portion of the work already completed and the
value delivered.
• Cancellation If a client cancels services after initiation, a cancellation fee may apply
depending on the extent of completed work. Refund amounts will be adjusted accordingly.
Non-Refundable Fees
Refunds will not apply to
• Third-party services, software, licenses, or tools purchased on the client's behalf.
• One-time setup fees or onboarding charges.
• Costs related to completed phases of the project that were later canceled by the client.
Amendments to this Policy
Pixomaya reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our
official website or shared via email. Refund claims will be processed according to the policy version
effective at the time of the request.
Third-Party Service Disclaimer
Pixomaya shall not be held liable for disruptions or limitations caused by external platforms, plugins,
APIs, or third-party service providers beyond our direct control.
